Shipping policy

We will typically ship your order within two business days if the products are in stock.

Shipping rates will be clearly shown in the checkout process.

We will ship to the address that you have provided when you ordered.

Rhinix reserves all rights to split a single order into multiple shipments at our sole discretion (for example we may do this with larger orders). Should we decide to split your order into multiple shipments, we will of course ship them at the same time, however it can result in the shipments arriving at different days.

Please note that the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Rhinix’s control once it leaves our facilities. We will, however, notify you of any significant delays, and work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. As Rhinix takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the RHINIX Store, the risk of loss or damage to the product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s).

Rhinix reserves all rights to change the shipping rates at our sole discretion and without notice. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by Rhinix. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.
